All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds once a purchase is completed, except where required by law. Not accessing or downloading purchased content does not make an order eligible for a refund.

Sports results, earnings, credit outcomes, and other individual results are not guaranteed. An unfavorable outcome does not qualify a purchase for a refund.
